Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you understand and accept the terms listed below

Basic T.O.S.

(Important Notice: All rules listed below will be elaborated in later sections on the page)
♦Half of all payments for commissions will be received upfront, with the remaining half being received upon completion
♦Only PayPal and Venmo will be used for payments
♦Refunds are only allowed before the coloring stage of all drawings (this does not apply to sketch commissions)
♦Commercial use of my art is prohibited unless previously discussed
♦I hold the right to refuse any commission(s)

Payment Terms

♦I will not start a commission until I see and receive confirmation that the first half of the payment was sent to me through PayPal or Venmo♦If you are unable to pay the remaining fee for your commission, your art will be withheld from you until the final payment is received.♦A full refund is applicable to those who cancel their commissions before I start the drawing, however as the drawing process continues the amount refunded is subject to change.♦Refunds for sketch commissions follow a different rule pattern, allowing for a 50% refund from any point up until completion of the sketch. However, the refund price is subject to change depending on conditions of the requested commission.♦The patron has every right to cancel their commission at any time and does not need to explain the reason for the cancellation. If I, however, have to cancel the commission and am unable to finish, then a full refund will be given to the patron.

Copyright Policy

♦I as the artist hold all rights to the artwork I create and sell. Commissioners are not allowed to claim the artwork as their own once the commission is complete.♦Reposting my art for the purpose of selling merchandise or for commercial use without permission is strictly prohibited, this includes inputting the commissioned piece into AI or creating NFTS out of it. Breaking this rule will result in being blacklisted and banned from requesting further commissions.♦Altering or tracing over my art to recreate it is strictly prohibited, with the only exception being to crop it for the use of an icon. Failure to comply with this rule will also result in being blacklisted and banned from further commissions.♦If, as the patron, you wish to share and repost the finished drawing then you must leave my watermark untouched and give credit to at least one of my socials, via link to my account, tagging my profile, etc.

Socials and Communication

♦If you wish to commission me then you can reach out to me on any of the socials listed in the “Socials” tab.♦Please be prepared to provide at least one reference of the character(s) and pose that you want drawn. Having a visual reference for both can help me create the ideal commission for you.

Will/Won’t Draw

Disclaimer: The art I draw will remain in my own style, and I will not accept requests asking me to replicate a style from another artist or company.

♦Excessive Gore (dismemberment, organs and intestines, etc)
♦ Celebrities, Political Figures and/or Historical Figures

Work Process

♦Before a commission can be discussed, the client must fill out an order form and notify me that it has been sent in. I do not except commissions until I’ve received and read through the order form.♦I am a full-time college student and try to organize my time to allow for room to work on commissions and work for school. That being said, I cannot guarantee that each commission will be done as fast as the last.♦With this in mind, expect your commission to be done in 3 weeks minimum. If I fail to complete said commission before the 90 day mark, I will issue a full refund to the client as compensation.♦Updates will be sent out to patrons once the sketch is completed, the commissioner must confirm that the sketch is to their liking before progress on the drawing can continue.♦One exception to this rule will be sketch commissions, as the sketch will be the final product for the patron.♦If you do not want updates during the commission process, then you must state it in your order form before sending it in.♦Updates can also be found on my Trello, which can be accessed through dms once your commission request has been accepted.♦Any attempts to mess with or delete items on the Trello will result in your commission request being terminated with no refund.♦All major adjustments to drawings must be stated before the line-art stage continues. If, however, a major need arises to make an important change after the line-art phase starts, then additional payment will be discussed. Such important changes can include (but are not limited to) a change of the character’s pose, outfit(s), limb positioning, or adding/removing a character.♦If I, the artist, fail to add a detail for a character that is seen in the visual references provided, I will fix the error at no additional cost.

Sketches will appear cleaner and can be done in black instead of red if requested
Props and complex poses are allowed for sketch commissions

All Props have an added fee that ranges from $5-$30 dollars depending on complexity
